We have been using agile methods since their very start, and our experience is just something you cannot easily grab around. We truly believe in teams, adopting a shared set of values, and then practices, in order to reach the goal. We also firmly think that disciplined use of engineering practices is fundamental, and software developers are responsible engineers that specify complex software system in terms of code.

Our Director, Bruno Bossola, is a Java Champion, co-founder and coordinator of  JUG Torino, speaker at international conferences, and Java developer since 1996 (and being active still today).
